New Tapas and Wine Bar in Nashua

Opened recently in the former Manhattan on Pearl location on Pearl St. in Nashua, is Stella Blu. The owners are new to the restaurant business and as such have hired two of the areas stars in Chef Bill Bailey, who was hired after winning a competition for the job, and Jared Bracci, who was with Manhattan on Pearl. Jared was hired to build Stella Blu's wine and martini menus, while Bill will be bringing an American and Asian flavor to the tradition Italian and Spanish tapas dishes. Live entertainment happens after 9pm most days of the week as well.

Best in Nashua

We've eaten at Stella Blu 5 or 6 times since they opened. It's just the kind of place we've been looking for in Nashua - great food, excellent drinks, and moderate prices all in a very unique setting. And Stella Blu just received TV Diner's Platinum Plate Award !!

Sad they call them Tapas

I just ate there this past Saturday and they are calling the food Tapas, but all they serve is basically bar food. Drinks were good and wine list unexpiring.

Best food abd beverage experience in Nashua

I've been to Stella Blu a half dozen times and have found the total experience to be the best in downtown Nashua. Excellent food by Bill Baily, amazing drinks from the bar from Jered and professional and friendly service from Dan and other members of the waitstaff. Other customers all seem to enjoy the friendly environment and the great music on Thursday night and the weekend.
Love the tapis.
