Chef Guy is truely a gifted chef. Anyone who has him for consultation of business, demo or training purposes will learn a great deal from this very well rounded individual. With experience from Europe to the US, Guy has a diverse background from which to extract the best of his repetoire. I was lucky enough to stumble into his restaurant in La Jolla, CA one day. He offered me the job right there. From there I followed him for four years and he took me under his toque. |
