Hi, my name is Ms. M and I will be your Baton Rouge Insider. I am currently in culinary school pursuing my passion and if there’s anything I do know, it is definitely the F&B scene. I’ve been working in the service industry for over 10 years and so it’s an honor to have the opportunity to be the insider of the city that I know and love.

The scene here is always changing and growing, especially after hurricane Katrina in 2005. Since then Baton Rouge has had an influx of people, so we constantly have new eateries and watering holes popping up. With my insider page I will cover all of those new restaurants and bars, but I also want to let readers know about the places in Baton Rouge that started the F&B scene. The places that give Baton Rouge its character, culture, charisma and charm. So join me for the “Inside Look” to Baton Rouge’s Food and Beverage Scene.
