Snappers Seafood / Wet & Wild Beach Club

Opened in 1993 as Wet & Wild Beach Club, it quickly became the hot spot on the beach in Biloxi, MS. In 1996 food was introduced in the form of bar food and appetizers and then expanded to a full menu. In 2003, to get the idea that we were more restaurant than bar, the name was changed to Snappers Seafood Restaurant (but if you want directions, ask any local resident how to get to Wet&Wild ) and the business took off even more. Serving a full menu of fresh, local seafood, including shrimp, oysters ( fried, baked or on the half shell), snapper and grouper not to mention our hand carved steaks, we had something for everyone. Then Hurricane Katrina decided to visit the Mississippi Coast, and after 28 feet of water, we had nothing but a slab of concrete 4 ft high and covered in sand. But as u can see from the attached photo, Snappers Seafood Restaurant and Bar is coming back better than ever. Expected opening is late October 2008.
