Poor service

We ate here for lunch and waited more than an hour for our food. Another table (the only other customers in the restaurant the whole 2 hours we were there) had been waiting so long for their food, they finally asked for their checks for their drinks. After horrible service and mediocre food, I later discovered when I got my credit card bill, the waitress had given herself a tip on my card in addition to the tip I gave her in cash. I will never go here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

I have enjoyed Saffron very much

I have eaten at Saffron several time and enjoyed the experience very much. I loved the food, especially because it does not taste like every other restaurant in Columbia. The chicken Sambosak is especially good. The couscous was delicious, and my very favorite is the Saffron Hummus- mmmmmmm. Also the Salads are very good- huge! and they offer a lemon olive oil dressing which is fresh and light. I am so sad to see if closed- I hope to see it reopen.

We decided against going to this restaurant just the other night after I read this article. Another group of my friends decided to go there that same night and had a horrible experience. Thanks for saving me!
