Level Four In Honolulu

With the economy squeezing restaurants like a weighted chicken breast on a griddle, it is great to hear of new places opening here in Honolulu.

Level Four is claiming to be "the only Las Vegas style," nightclub in Honolulu. Ala Moana's popular Pearl Nightlcub has hit a nice rhythm, and Level Four (In Waikiki, not Ala Moana) is banking on more, more, more.

Let's hope their timing is right! We need more success stories in Honolulu right now.

So let's have a moment of silence for the T.V. famous Sam Choy's Diamondhead restaurant. After 15 years this tasty spot on Kapahulu has closed. They are consolidating to the Breakfast Lunch and Crab site on Nimitz highway; which will hopefully start serving better wines, and crafting more complex main dishes in response.
