The restaurant is located in the New Orleans Historic French Market and has open air seating under coverage.

The type of food served is "Authentic Old Style Acadian Cajun Food", such as:

Gumbo (Alligator is one of them)
Jambalaya (The original type of "Brown" and we have some "Red" also)
Boudin
Hog Head Cheese
Cracklins
Beef Jerky
Etouffee

and many other "Cajun Comfort Foods" to choose from.

Hours of operations are 7 days a week from 9am until (approx. 6pm), depending on time of year and number of people still in the Market at that time of day.
