I am very excited and eager to give you the “what’s up” on the food and beverage scene here in Boulder, as well as few little extra morsels. I live in a pretty spectacular area, filled with natural beauty, clean air,

good healthy living and of course-great food and drink. I am a trained chef and I have worked in the restaurant industry and large hotels. I been on the retail and management side of the professional cooking industry, worked for a fabulous cooking school as well as owned and operate my own catering business. I have loved every minute of it. Now I get to write about food, which is the next best thing to cooking.

Food, cooking and gastronomy are my passion and I like nothing better than to share the knowledge. Spreading the good news about a restaurant’s success is very satisfying as well as warning what to stay away from, or at least enter at your own risk.
